The Nutrafin Calcium Test Kit allows you to monitor the calcium levels of your aquarium. Marine reef aquariums, especially those containing hard corals and strong growth of coralline algae absorb calcium at a rapid rate, often requiring daily testing to ensure that the calcium levels remain at an optimal level for the aquarium inhabitants. With the Nutrafin Calcium Test, you can easily ensure that your aquarium maintains proper calcium levels, and your fish are living in a healthy environment.
Salifert pH Profi-Test The pH value in a marine tank has a major impact on the growth of corals and calcareous algae and on many biological processes. The pH should not be allowed to fluctuate more than approx. 0.2 units during any 24 hour period and should preferably be kept above 8.2. If the pH is too low then the cause may be a too low alkalinity and/or a build up of carbon dioxide caused by insufficient aeration A low pH can be corrected by improving aeration and by increasing the alkalinity. The Salifert Test Kit is sufficiently accurate to monitor minor pH fluctuations and is scaled from pH 7.4-8.7. Sufficient for 50 tests. For marine water only.Warning!Keep out of reach of childrenInstructions: Add with syringe 5ml of water in the test tube. Add with the dropping bottle pH 4 drops and swirl gently for 10 seconds. Put the open test tube on the white part of the color chart. View from above and read the corresponding pH value. It might be possible that the color is in between two different ones, then the pH value is as well in between the two corresponding values.

Onyx Sand is a specially fracted, stable porous gravel for the natural planted aquarium. Being carbonate rich, Onyx Sand provides an advantage to any plants able to utilize bicarbonates. Although ideally suited to planted aquaria, it may be used in any aquarium environment. Onyx Sand is most effective when used alone as an integral substrate bed, but it may be mixed with other gravels. Gravel modifiers such as laterite are not necessary. Onyx Sand is not chemically coated or treated but does have a slight buffering capacity that may raise pH by 0.1 - 0.5 pH units (depending on source water characteristics).
Nutrafin's carbonate and general hardness test kit measures carbonate hardness (kh) and general hardness (gh) in fresh and saltwater aquariums. Carbonate hardness (kh) must be tested on a regular basis because it fluctuates over time and can negatively impact the ph balance of aquarium water. Low carbonate hardness will result in poor plant growth. Testing for general hardness (gh) should be done to determine if levels of calcium (ca) and magnesium (mg) are optimal for specific species of fish. The kit includes one 15-milliliter bottle of kh reagent, one 10-milliliter bottle of gh reagent, one glass test tube with cap, one pipette, one lab base, one instruction booklet. Measures 2-inch length by 5-1/2-inch width by 5-inch height.
The PetConfirm General Wellness Test is a Combo Test enabling pet parents with geriatric, overweight or at risk pets to monitor their pet's general health conditions on an ongoing basis. Symptoms that are disease related might not be noticeable for pet parents, especially with cats known to be stoic. The PetConfirm General Wellness Test detects 3 key parameters in pet urine: Blood, Glucose and Protein. Hematuria is a condition which causes blood to be present in urine and indicates serious underlying diseases ranging from infection or inflammation of the urinary tract to cancer. Glucose in urine is an indication of Diabetes that needs to be screened and monitored regularly. It is a very common disease with older and overweight pets. Protein is an indicator of Kidney Failure. Too frequently, Kidney Failure is detected at a late stage due to lack of obvious symptoms. With the PetConfirm General Wellness Test, pet parents have an affordable tool to screen their pets for the most common health conditions at an early stage. A positive result requires veterinary care. The PetConfirm General Wellness test is a reagent strip device intended for the early screening of common health conditions such as Urinary Tract Infection, Diabetes or Kidney Failure. The test detects the following parameters in animal urine: Blood Glucose Protein As pets often do not show any clinical symptoms until the disease is in an advanced stage, it is strongly recommended to check their health conditions on a regular basis. Preventive healthcare is crucial, especially with dogs and cats that are middle-aged and overweight. If detected early, an abnormal condition can be treated promptly, reducing the chances of a serious medical or surgical intervention. This home test is non-invasive and very simple to use. Available for Dogs and Cats. Urine collection non-absorbent cat litter also available and P-Scoop urine collection device for dogs available too.

The Nutrafin Iron Test Kit allows you to measure the iron level present in your aquarium. Iron levels need to be carefully monitored in order to maintain lush, planted aquariums. It is recommended to test iron with a frequency that will maintain the suggested iron level of 0.25 to 0.5 Mg/L. By using the Nutrafin Iron Test Kit you are able to help ensure a beautiful planted landscape in your aquarium.
