Red/Yellow Dwarf Shrimp Combo Pack - 5 Sakura Fire Red Cherry Shrimp, 5 Neon Yellow Shrimp (Neocaridina davidi - All Breeding Age Adults! - 1/2 to 1 inch long) by Aquatic Arts

This is a combo pack that contains 5 of each of my Sakura Fire Red Cherry Shrimp and Neon Yellow Shrimp, plus a couple extra shrimp! This is perfect for small aquariums, and a good way to get two colors of shrimp without paying more for the individual shrimp. Both of these shrimp varieties can live in the same parameters, and will interbreed. They are shipped out as young adults or adults, and thus are already able to breed. The shrimp we ship out tend to range from 1/2 to 1 inch long. To see information on the individual shrimp, search "Aquatic Arts" or "InvertObsession". RECOMMENDED TANK PARAMETERS: - pH level range: 6.0 to 8.0 - Temperature range: 65 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit - Water type: Soft to hard - Recommended Aquatic Arts tank mates: Other types of dwarf shrimp (such as Indian Tiger Shrimp, Amano Shrimp, etc.), various types of snails (such as Nerite Snails, Sulawesi Snails, etc.). They can also be kept with small to medium-sized, non-aggressive fish. - Additional notes: These 2 types of dwarf shrimp are among the easiest types to care for. Dwarf shrimp prefer to live in tanks with live aquatic plants (such as java moss, willow hygro, green cabomba, etc.). This is because dwarf shrimp like the cover that plants provide, they love to graze on the plants for algae, and the plants help keep the water clean for them.

5 Live Amano Shrimp (Caridina multidentata, aka Yamato shrimp) - 1/2 to 1 1/2 inch long Adult! Better than Ghost Shrimp! Best Algae Eating Shrimp In The World! by Aquatic Arts

Amano shrimp are one of the most useful animals in the aquarium hobby, and they are very attractive dwarf shrimp as well! They grow about twice as large as dwarf shrimp, attaining a maximum size of over 2 inches! Their bodies are translucent with a bluish tint, and are covered in small, dark red dots. Amano shrimp are totally peaceful, and are great additions to shrimp tanks with other dwarf shrimp species as they will not interbreed with other dwarf shrimp or eat shrimp fry. RECOMMENDED TANK PARAMETERS: - pH level range: 6.0 to 7.6 - Temperature range: 60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit - Water type: Slightly hard water - Recommended Aquatic Arts tank mates: Other types of dwarf shrimp (such as Blue Velvet shrimp, Sakura Fire Red Cherry Shrimp, Neon Yellow Shrimp, etc.), various types of snails (such as Nerite Snails, Sulawesi Snails, etc.). They can also be kept with small to medium-sized, non-aggressive fish. - Additional notes: Relatively easy to care for - similar to other dwarf shrimp species. However, these shrimp are particularly difficult to breed, and very few aquarium breeders have found success breeding them in captivity. Amano shrimp prefer to live in tanks with live aquatic plants (such as java moss, willow hygro, green cabomba, etc.). This is because amano shrimp like the cover that plants provide, they love to graze on the plants for algae, and the plants help keep the water clean for them.

5 LARGE (1/2-2+ inches) Japanese Trapdoor Snails (Viviparus malleattus) - Live Snails by Aquatic Arts

Japanese Trapdoor Snails are named for their operculum, which is a tough plate that protects the snail by forming a seal at the edge of the snail's shell when its soft body is retracted inside. They are also known by the name Chinese Mystery Snails. They are large for freshwater snails, and are quite unusual-looking yet attractive. They vary in coloration and patterns, but usually have more natural-looking colors such as brown and green. They also serve some very useful purposes. They clean algae off of glass, plants, and decorations, and they keep your substrate clean and the correct color. They are totally safe with any fish, shrimp, or plants, and are completely peaceful. Trapdoor Snails are quite large as adults, growing up to 2" in size. RECOMMENDED TANK PARAMETERS: - PH level range: 6.5 to 8.0 - Temperature range: 68 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit - Water type: Soft to medium hard - Recommended Aquatic Arts tank mates: Other types of snails (Nerite snails, Mystery Snails, Sulawesi Snails, etc.), dwarf shrimp (such as Blue Velvet shrimp, Sakura Fire Red Cherry Shrimp, Bee Shrimp, etc.). They can also be kept with small to medium-sized, non-aggressive fish. - Additional notes: With trapdoor snails, it's a good idea to make sure the water line in your aquarium isn't too high, as these snails tend to climb up to the water line to breathe air. Other than algae and biofilm, they also eat fish or invertebrate pellets and blanched vegetables such as zucchini, kale, spinach, or cucumber. Snails are very sensitive to copper, so watch out for copper if you use tap water in your tank.

3 Multi-Color Mystery Snail COMBO PACK (Pomacea bridgesii - LARGE live snails! 1/2 to 2+ inches) by Aquatic Arts

Like Mystery Snails, but can't decide which color to order? This is the combo pack for you! This order includes 3 different colors of mystery snails - golden, blue, and black/purple. These large and striking snails are great for adding some color and decoration to your aquarium, but they also serve some very useful purposes. They clean algae off of glass, plants, and decorations, they eat hair algae, and they keep your substrate clean and the correct color. They are totally safe with any fish, shrimp, or plants, and are completely peaceful. Mystery Snails are quite large as adults, growing 2"+ in size. NOTE: If you search on the Internet for mystery snails, many results will state that these are the same species as Apple Snails. These are NOT Apple Snails, though they do resemble them in shape. Apple Snails are considered an invasive species and are illegal to own in the United States. Our Mystery Snails do not grow to the tremendous size that Apple Snails do (often as big as an apple). RECOMMENDED TANK PARAMETERS: - PH level range: 7.6 to 8.4 - Temperature range: 68 to 84 degrees Fahrenheit - Water type: Hard - Recommended Aquatic Arts tank mates: Other types of snails (Nerite snails, other Mystery Snails, Sulawesi Snails, etc.), dwarf shrimp (such as Blue Velvet shrimp, Sakura Fire Red Cherry Shrimp, Neon Yellow Shrimp, etc.). They can also be kept with small to medium-sized, non-aggressive fish. - Additional notes: With mystery snails, it's a good idea to make sure the water line in your aquarium isn't too high, as these snails tend to climb up to the water line to breathe air. 1 Live Panther Crab (Parathelphusa pantherina) - 1-3 inch Juvenile - Fully Aquatic Crayfish Alternative! by Aquatic Arts

Included is one juvenile Panther Crab (Parathelphusa Panthernia) - a fully aquatic crab that originates in Indonesia. This is one of the very few types of crab that can live fully immersed in water at all times, so they are able to be kept in any freshwater aquarium. These crabs would make an excellent alternative to a crayfish because they are less aggressive. Additionally, they do not develop huge claws like fiddler crabs or some other types of crabs do. We ship these out as 2 to 3 inch juveniles, but they can grow up to 5 inches in diameter including their legs and claws (their bodies alone grow to about 3 inches in diameter). Panther crabs are known for their lovely amber-orange coloration and markings, as well as their lively personalities. They are very active and do not spend all of their time under rocks. Crabs are not too commonly seen in aquariums, so this crab is sure to be a true showpiece in yours! Panther Crabs are friendly with their own species and may be kept in groups together. They can live with most kinds of fish and other aquatic life, but they may go after dwarf shrimp or small snails (though this can be a good thing if the snails are unwanted!). Their claws stay fairly small, so only bottom-dwelling fish would run into trouble with them. RECOMMENDED TANK PARAMETERS: - pH level range: 7.5 to 8.5 - Temperature range: 76 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit - Water type: Soft to hard - Recommended Aquatic Arts tank mates: Fast-moving fish (such as danios or guppies). Large Cichlids can be aggressive towards crabs and should not be kept in the same tank. - Additional notes: Panther Crabs need hiding places such as caves or plant cover. They tend to make frequent escape attempts, so it is best to keep them in an aquarium with a cover. Panther crabs will eat invertebrate pellets, algae wafers, and bloodworms.

5 Live Thai Micro Spider Crabs (Limnopilos naiyanetri) - 1/4 to 1/2 inch in diameter - Fully Aquatic! by Aquatic Arts

Included is 5 Thai Micro Crabs (Limnopilos naiyanetr, aka "false spider crabs). These are tiny, fully aquatic crabs that so far have only been found in one specific river in Thailand. They are a very new and rare addition to the aquarium hobby. This is one of the very few types of crab that can live fully immersed in water at all times, so they are able to be kept in any freshwater aquarium. Due to their small size, these crabs pose little or no threat to most fish or other aquarium inhabitants; however, aggressive fish or animals may come after the micro crabs. They tend to do very well in tanks with dwarf shrimp. Thai Micro Crabs are translucent, which can make them difficult to see. They don't grow any larger than 1/2 inch in diameter, making them great for small tanks and nano tanks. They often act shy when first introduced to a new tank, but eventually will be found clinging to plants and decor and perching atop driftwood. They prefer to have plenty of hiding places, such as caves and plant cover. The way they eat is similar to Singapore Flower Shrimp or Bamboo Shrimp - they filter particles out of the water using tiny hairs on their claws. RECOMMENDED TANK PARAMETERS: - PH level range: 6.5 to 8.0 - Temperature range: 72 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit - Water type: Soft to hard - Recommended Aquatic Arts tank mates: Non-aggressive fish (such as Danios or Guppies), dwarf shrimp (such as Red Cherry Shrimp, Blue Velvet Shrimp, Amano Shrimp, etc.). Cichlids, crayfish, and other invertebrates and fish can be aggressive towards these crabs and should not be kept in the same tank. - Additional notes: Thai Micro Crabs need hiding places such as caves or plant cover (such as java moss, anubias barteri, green cabomba, etc.). They tend to make frequent escape attempts, so it is best to keep them in an aquarium with a cover.
