SEA U. at Summer Camp 2010
Get ready to explore the ocean!!
Children ages 7-12 will have a blast with this five day program where campers will learn about local marine life while having a whale of a time. Get to know our local sea friends like invertebrates, plankton and starfish....all while enjoying a memorable camp experience.
Camp Options:
Each day is filled with fun projects including live touch tanks, squid dissections, fish-printing, dioramas with beach findings and more! Learn all about our Sea Life Center animals by participating in animal feeding and care. On the last day, campers will compete in a sand sculpture contest and top it off with a treasure hunt.
Full week session runs Monday - Friday 9:00 am-3:00 pm.

Can’t make the whole week? Kids can join our campers for a one day adventure! They will get a taste of our week long camp while learning about the ocean and local marine life. Each day is different, so campers can sign up more than once! Visit us at www.avilamarine.org to view daily activities and themes.
